I think it's likely that what just happened opened up a whole new ballgame in regards to his emergency powers and everything else.
It kinda looks like the Democrats tried to assassinate POTUS during the debate.

Think it is more likely they are going to say there is nothing to it. No intent was found. I do not think we have and real law and order people left in Washington. Hope I am wrong.

We already know this is true. They announced Durham was finished but wouldn't release a report before the elections. This paves the way for declass because it will no longer impede an investigation.

This. I don't know what's stopping the President from gathering Ratcliffe and a group of loyal IC agents, driving to Langley, heading straight to Haspel's office, firing her on the spot for insubordination and retrieving any and all documents they need then releasing them then and there.
It's well beyond time to start playing hardball.
