Hate to poke hole in your theory but the FBI was there in June 2022 and looked at the boxes. They would have already known what was in them.

This is the correct answer.
He has damning evidence. That the FBI conspired to frame him. (Criminal evidence) although Trump tried to declassify it it is still technically classified (long explanation).
If Trump gets back in office these people will be prosecuted.

YES, this is the answer. Trump already ordered declassification when he was POTUS but the bureaucratic state did not obey the order. So technically, the info is already declassified.
Also, as a former POTUS, Trump retains the highest level of security clearance, so what is the problem with having any confidential info?
