The EAC is beyond useless.
Secretaries of State use them as an excuse not to get things done.

Ah yes. The side that wants in-person voting only and photo IDs is the side cheating. Not the side who fights against voter ID and wants everyone to get a mail in ballot that can be accepted even days after election day
