If you got rid of all the swamp rats on day 1 then the fed gov would be reduced by probably 75%. Moreover a lot of the swamp rats conceal their true nature.

He also changed the "whistleblower" guidelines so you needed no direct evidence, just something you heard your cousin's brother saying to his nephew over the phone who heard it from some unknown source.
I still wonder why, after all Atkinson's involvement in the FISA abuse, he was allowed to move to IG for Intel of all places. And of course flew through the Intel committee of the senate with flying colors. Yet Grassley was the only senator that sent a formal letter to the committee asking why the heck this guy should be appointed.
This guy was integral in trying to overthrow the president TWICE. He should not be fired he should be in prison, right beside Warner and Burr.
