Some will bitch that it is too soon.

Some will bitch that it is not soon enough.

Others will just bitch.

I’m not sure that it’s possible for a conservative to get a fair shake in prog infested areas like DC.

I understand. But too many people have no values any longer.

If they see you as the enemy how can they be impartial?

That is a total breakdown of the system.

Is being basically assured that you won't have anyone of your own political party on the jury preferable instead?

Who said anything about what’s preferable?

He didn’t say that. He probably agrees with us but he can’t be tuckered out so he does this.

Right...a lot of people will have their mind made up before they see any evidence

The system and/or the law absolutely does not presume that all people view those with differing policy preferences as the enemy, or that political views render one from impartially serving on a jury.

What is? Telling people that “No, SCOTUS will not overturn a conviction because DC votes Democrat in elections”?

Eta: to think otherwise is to believe that no Republican can be convicted of a crime in the District of Columbia.

Can democrats be convicted of crimes in West Virginia or Wyoming?

Ronbots and their comrades rejoice thread on this topic

Why would Ronbots be rejoicing Democrats meddling in the Republican primary to benefit RDS's opponent?

They would not be prosecuting Trump if they were not afraid that he would run successfully.
