guess that was fake news because Trump just announced the council was ending.

No CEO wants to be around when the 24hr news calls them Nazis.

And so history will record this dog & pony show ended over @real's reluctance to condemn Nazis. Well done, @realists. Well done.

Is this where we highlight the great stock market, then criticize the companies that make up a large portion of that market?

Wall Street is doing great. Main street?

It's possible to have both doing great, you know.

That's a pretty dumb theory considering he has no leverage at all.

The pressure is coming from a media in full torch and pitchfork mode. What business leader wants to deal with that?

He's condemned Nazis multiple times. You're an idiot.

Liberals siding with ceos is hilarious

They like CEOs now because CEOs hire cheap foreign immigrant labor and liberals value immigrants more than American citizens.

Good.

I'm certain thousands of sore loser lefties deluged the remaining business leaders on the two advisory councils with demands that they immediately resign from the councils.

In reality, President Trump can still talk to all of the business leaders and get their advise so there is no real need to have those business leaders be continually harassed by deluging them with demands that they resign from the councils until they resign from the councils.

So it is the media and the pressure from potential consumers that is causing the CEOs to abandon the council...and not the frickhead we have as President?

ETA.
The current guys left because they are libs. I'm addressing Trumps comments on potential replacement appointees.

Were you living under a flat rock during the hobby lobby and chick fil-a fiascos?

Maybe he should listen to them. They run companies that dwarf Trump Co. in size and scope.

The stock market is doing well. These companies in the advisory councils are some of the largest companies in the exchanges, and that's not including Amazon and Google, which have already been demonized.

These statements are not contradicting each other. You have no evidence to link them.

The more likely explanation is that people were joining the council just so they could virtue-signal their exit in a highly public way for attention. If the council isn't serving its purpose, you end it.

There is so much more to this that your connection is nothing but a tinfoil hat conspiracy.

The "muh" stuff is witless as shite so "Nazis" wins by default. It's also the relevant thing in this case.
