Congress passed a law in 2023 that specifically prevents the president from withdrawing from NATO without congressional approval.

It's worse than that. They know those men will side with the enemy and take up arms against them.
They're in a tight spot. It would be funny if we hadn't already imported so many of these exact same types into America.
