If a soldier follows the commands of the CiC, who (with the assistance of WH legal counsel, the DoJ, and the DoW) believe the command to be lawful - even citing the legal basis for the order (as they have done several times) - can said soldier defy those orders if he or she "feels" its illegal? Should the soldier on the battle field refuse the command until the injunctions drop? We see this every day with Trump. shite, you spend all of your days and nights on here arguing that everything he does is illegal. Virtually every action gets challenged by a federal judge somewhere regardless of what it is, so what exactly are these dems asking soldiers in the field to do?

Essentially they are asking the military to NOT presume their commanders' orders are lawful in real time. Thats insane in the current lawfare climate. Forget about Trump's reponse. That's fricking insane and they need to stfu before a bunch of bleeding heart idiots in the military get hammered on UCMJ violations.
