I would too.

How can a mostly peaceful protest cause $500M worth of damages in a single state?

Nah, sounds like a scam. Tell Tim Walz he needs to watch CNN. They said it's mostly peaceful. Surely his state can handle mostly peaceful protests. If not, why did they allow it to continue?

The governor and mayor should both be sued and pay for their defense with their own money and not taxpayer money.

Trump should send him 1000 trash bags, a broom and a dustpan, with a note that says "happy to help"

Well, the President is disappointed that his offer to help keep the peace, and thus the ensuing destruction, was rejected.

Good night and good luck.

Not quite. Trump should have said 'We're sending you a check for the proportion of the damage that is not your fault.'
And then cut a check for two dollars.

Then you mostly tell them no on their request for others to pay for their failures.

If Biden wins all of the Dem-destroyed areas will receive immediate FedGov bail-out.

Everything Trump did will be wiped clean and reversed - returned to what Obama had or positioned even further Left.

My dad works with a guy who’s daughter lives in Minneapolis and stayed boarded up in her apartment during all of this.

Her father is worried sick about her and has continuously asked her to move home and live with them till it all dies down (she’s working remotely like most and it wouldn’t affect her work if she did).

Instead she doubled down on her liberal outlook and stayed. Like she was proving a point by being around that filth? Lmao

If the governor and mayor had asked for the national guard or military for support, I guarantee you this financial aid would have been provided. But he didn’t. He let this happen. Borderline encouraged it.

Your not getting rewarded for allowing, with no attempt to stop it, crap like this from happening.

President Trump's response is perfect, but I suspect the MN governor, despite being the idiot he is, didn't think Trump would grant the request, but rather figured this would make Trump look bad. Fail.

Good... frick him and any other socialist Mayor/Governor.

If they allowed their cities to be burned and destroyed by the protest animals then they get no tax payer money to repair shite.

It is funny read the Star Tribune responses and it is a liberal mad house. They cannot even figure out that the damage was allowed to happen by their own elected officials And caused by BLM / Antifa.
