But the indictment looks so strong. The indictment even says he had classified documents. But he declassified everything. Furthermore the federal government archivists moved those documents down to MAL.

I keep seeing people saying he declassified everything but I’ve never actually seen that from any legitimate source. Can anyone provide a link?

Hey gooberhead, IF anything is declassified, there is a paper trail for it. None exists for the traitor.

None of his lawyers have argued in court that he declassified everything. That's just something he's been saying publicly. Declassification may not even matter if the statutes they're using don't require it (e.g. if they just reference "national security" information without respect to classification).

because the MSM said so, and they showed pictures of empty folders that had the words classified on them, thats why.
the lemming idiots all believe the folders would have had to be stamped and labeled as declassified if they were really declassified. that is the level of idiocracy of the average american today
their whole case is trump recordings where he hypothetically talks about what if i had this document, and that is what they are claiming is proof he had the never before seen super secret documents that were being discussed and that would still be declassified if he had them
