You have a strange method of keeping score.
This is a game Canada can't win. It's easy for them to talk shite and pretend to be something more than they are, but once the realities begin to slap em in their face...... They will fall in line.

they’re absolutely raping us with tariffs and blocking our businesses up there.

Can you quantify this? I've seen the accusations, but no firm data to support them.

Good Lord man. Surely you’re not serious. It’s been beat to death. It’s all going to work out. The same scenario happened under Reagan. Our business went from 60 employees in the shop to three. After a few months, it got going and in just a couple years we had 120 employees and we maxed out at about double that before someone wanted our business 4 times more than we did about 15 years lator.

If everybody would just get behind him and let him work his plan, it will be just like he says - a new golden age not only in America, but the whole world. Peace and prosperity for all.

I wish he’d drop the Canada 51st state horse shite. We have enough socialists/communists in the USA, we don’t need that bunch.

What is going to work out? Does trump even know what is supposed to workout? Does the tariff back and forth seem stable to anyone?

What exactly does a National Electricity Emergency entail? What's the backup plan or process for switching the transmission?

It's a feature with Trump.

I'd much rather he used Vance as a mouthpiece.

It really doesn't make any sense. The next census is supposed to shift some electoral votes to Republican states, right? Why bring in an entire country's worth of Democrat voters just to win a trade war?

Yes it's part of his populism. It's like one of those reality shows where they follow real time fan voting.

The vagueness allows him to pivot and 180 without fear, b/c that was the REAL plan and the initial was just a 4D chess feint

I would assume it allows using older less “green” power sources. Maybe entails waiving DEQ AQ regulations short term so more coal plants can run. Produce more electricity here to replace what Canada was selling. We take no hit. Canada shuts down generators as no place to send. Doesn’t get the income and when they cave have to spend more to restart generators that were shut down.

Thanks. I know DJT is a big idea guy, but it wouldn't hurt to have someone on the team explain this to the people.

The old way of doing business isn't working. We are $36.5T dollars in debt with a trade deficit of nearly $1T. Other countries are making a fortune off the U.S. while companies are moving overseas. They impose tariffs on U.S. goods and their economies are not in recession. I'm willing to roll the dice with Trump and give him an opportunity to change things. You know the definition of insanity. What's your answer? Why should we tolerate tariffs on our goods while they export without impunity.

The old way of doing business is working just fine and doing well for all involved especially in terms of the US, Canada and Mexico......until Trump got all mad at Trudeau....mainly because Trudeau decided he wasn't going to say nice things to Trump just to say nice things so as to stroke his ego. Besides, no one was moving their factories to Canada.

If Trump is so big on putting the screws to someone, why doesn't he slap significant tariffs on the ChiComs instead of the paltry 10% that Xi can order a devaluation of his currency to more than offset.

It's simply a declaration by the president so that he can just take executive action and bypass Congress.

He has articulated his plan, as has his cabinet members and spokes people. It’s all transparent.
It’s a multifaceted approach to fix this mess The Federal Government is in.
If you can’t understand it, then no one‘s gonna be able to explain it to you.
