Trump confirms NO investigation of HRC or Dossier?

Apparently reading the reporting of Trump “bellyaching” about the lack of his ability as POTUS, he is in fact confirming that there is NO investigation underway of HRC.

***MAGA would know if there was an investigation of HRC and her minions. If he knew there was one going on, I’m sure the DOJ would tell him to STFU about it and not to Tweet about “locking her up.”

Yeah, that's most unfortunate... appears to be a big distraction manufactured by Hannity/Trump/Brannon & Co... can't believe the DOJ thinks/knows there's no there there.

Anyone who honestly thought anyone in Washington would investigate the Clintons is insane. A honest investigation into that would take half of washington down with her. It just won’t happen

How is it that if there is evidence and a willing President (who is responsible for enforcement of laws) that there is not an investigation?
The only options that I see are:
1) There is actually no evidence
2) The President is not actually willing (and frankly only providing lip service)
3) The Justice Department is ignoring the President and calling his bluff.
Is there something else out there?

I believe it's #2. Trump could go after her if he wanted to. All the campaign rhetoric was just that and nothing more.

Maybe he is distancing himself from the pending indictment because it isn't "suppose" to be his job. We can hope anyway.

Can Trump go into 2020 with the image that no one listens to him? Because that is what he is basically saying right now. Doesn't seem like a good strategy.
