Someone needs to advise Trump that no bailouts should be given to states and local governments. Once government employees fear not hlgettijg paid, the Givernors and Mayors will change their tunes very quickky.

I think two forces are at play in this and both will contribute equally to the decision. 1. Mother nature and her warmer weather arrives soon. 2. The success of the malaria pill on fighting Coronavirus. If the pill works then the pressure to stop the spread subsides substantially. Warmer weather should cut the life span of the virus to live by itself.
