Trump approves budget deal to wipe debt owed by 3 Black colleges in Louisiana

Xavier University, Dillard University, and Southern University New Orleans will have their debt forgiven, as well as an HBCU in Mississippi. Along with stuff like having Ben Carson in his cabinet, keeping the MLK bust in the Oval Office, and now this; it destroys the liberal narrative of Trump being racist. Wonder how liberals will spin this

Were other colleges in the region given loans after Katrina? Did those colleges pay their loans back? Or are their loans being forgiven?
