Helluva Governor. Conservative as hell.
Given Trump's lack of attention to detail and policy as well as lack of discipline, he needs someone like DeSantis to make things happen and clean out the swamp.

It won't be DeSantis or Donalds because they both live in FL. The VP choice, if from FL, would be losing out on the electoral votes from FL because electors must vote for one person who is not from their state.
So if it's Trump + DeSantis or Trump + Donalds then the electors from FL could vote 100% for Trump but provide 0 votes for the VP, split the votes, or vote 100% for VP and 0 for Trump. It's just not going to happen because it could spell disaster in a close election.
ETA: I will still say it will end up being Scott, since he is establishment and they will want to have someone the actual GOP voters who prefer Haley can rally behind. Although, Trump's behavior since Iowa make it look like it will be Vivek.

Trump just trounced DeSantis by 50 fuggin points. DeSantis is the one who could use trumps mentorship. Ron can’t even run a campaign he doesn’t need to be anywhere near the Oval Office.

What would be the effect of a VP getting 0 votes?
It doesn't seem like this is an actual issue under our current electoral set up.

Should? I believe Vivek is fully capable of handling the duties and responsibilities of POTUS. Kamala can barely speak in complete sentences and has failed miserably at the one responsibility she was given. If you believe they are in any way comparable from an intellectual or professional standpoint then there's no way you've actually been paying attention to the primaries. If you truly do believe they're in the same league then you are, indeed, an idiot.
