Because without concessions there's no reason for Democrats to work with the GOP. Obstructionism won the GOP the Senate now its the Democrats turn to be obstructionists.
I would be ok with Trump making a deal on the ACA in exchange for wall funding. The problem I have always had with Obamacare is that it didn't lower cost. If both sides sat down and found a way to lower cost I could see the need for a deal.

None of that is a conspiracy theory. He literally said Mexico will pay for it. He didn't say Mexico will pay for it by proxy, but Mexico will pay for it. He used that in his campaign to get your vote. He also said he would repeal and replace the ACA. He failed. He also said he would have a Muslim ban. Twice, failed. Don't get mad at me because I'm holding him to his words and you're not.
