Obama did not run on claim that iranians would pay iran back its own money we had in bank.

Trump was elected to build the wall, regardless of who pays for it. And Trump said, Mexico would pay for it ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. Which indicates to anyone with a brain that Mexico is not going to just cut the USA a check.
