It is a bargain - we should pay more

Agree. I'm sure it's a much better deal than we get with private prisons in USA.

Do your homework before you post. The Supreme Court never stated he had to be returned

Not our problem.

SFP, do you think this kills Miller's argument about Abrego-Garcia's deportation to El Salvador NOT being illegal or a mistake?

What do you mean by "our rights"? Because it sure sounds like you're talking about El Salvadoran rights. The only right Hombre had was to GTFO. He didn’t, so we facilitated and effectuated his deportation.

What does facilitate mean exactly?

Therein lies the problem. Even 9 USSC justices can’t write clear legal doctrine to an equal co-branch of government. Pathetic.
Exactly.

Our legal system is so fricked up that even the Supreme Court can’t even write a legal order that anyone understands or agrees upon. fricking retarded John Roberts.

Agree. I was just trying to have the discussion be fact based. Someone falsely claimed that Abrego-Garcia was wanted for crimes committed in El Salvador.

You can keep saying this, but there is no credible evidence this guy was a member of a gang.
Even if he wasn’t a gang member, he was an illegal and he’s back in his home country.

It’s up to El Salvador what to do with him now. No body gives a frick about an illegal back in his home country!

Give it up.

You're right.. Hombre was not convicted of, nor wanted for crimes in El Salvador.

At this point, I expect any tattoos or affiliations he has to be the seal on his fate in ES. I'm okay with this.

Hombre has known since 2019 he was deportable, sooner if he had any brains... he could have chosen his own future elsewhere or figured out how to remain here. He willfully did not, thus his choice was made for him.

Entry into this country was illegal

Why does he get a pass, but the DOJ doesnt?

There was a hold order because he claimed his life was in jeopardy in his home country. Certainly it was, because he had engaged in violent gang activity. And yet our legal scholars want to protect him from their legal system

What a crock of shite

This isn’t true. There was enough evidence that another judge deemed him a gang member.

Why do we care? We’re not El Salvador.
