put these Body shops in prison and watch fraud vanish - they are all from Fraud HYDERABAD and are called TELUGU people. and are all based in Dallas.
Also note - OPT/H1 Visa holders and Body shops are scamming the system TOGETHER

We already do. "work locations" that are gas stations filing for database administrators, middlemen like TCS and Cognizant that farm out headcount to corporations like USAA so that it looks like USAA uses almost no H1B labor, all that data is there. Here you can see the 431,691 labor filings by 4,259 employers in 734 job types in Texas ALONE since 2021.
Or at the very least flagging.
I'm very hopeful that the increased expenses on H1Bs will help curb this crap.

Then why did Trump propose letting 500.000 students from China into our Universities a few months ago? Won't these be the first to apply for these H1-B visas? Where is the consistency?

It is and it has been. I see too folks from India and (more importantly) China is the field of computers, IT, etc. Whether for utilities, private industry telecoms, space-based computing and certainly government contracting -- there are too many examples of foreigners stealing secrets and passing them back to their home countries.
Apple, Tesla, SpaceX, Meta, Google... it's a rampant problem, we've opened to ourselves.
Of course, we can have native born Americans do the same, but it's insane to think the chances are better to have a foreign-born national working on critical designs, engineering and tech.
