Oh no. Something virtually every big organization does went to trial in NYC and was found guilty because OMB even though this sort of thing is almost always a slap on the wrist.

Haha. all that for a possible fine of up to $1.6 million. It probably cost more to the shite hole city of NYC to try the case. What a joke.

I would most certainly think it did. But what about the HEADLINES!!!

This wasn't about the fine, it's a felony tax conviction, good luck to the Trump organization trying to get a bank to work with them.

The executives didn’t report their benefits properly and the entities they ran got hit. Banks aren’t going to stop working with trump. Stop it.

Hard to say. Probably subsidiaries of some sort. Having a subsidiary for payroll is not unusual. Nothing inherently nefarious.

There are a few I know that I'm looking forward to reminding to be careful with any kind of finger pointing here, cause their hubby's are able to sustain them by doing these kind of little things.

The indictment was against The Trump Corporation dba The Trump Organization, Trump Payroll Corp dba The Trump Organization, and Allen Weisselberg

If you look at Trumps financial disclosures there is (or was) a Trump organization, Inc and Trump Organization, LLC but those entities weren’t indicted. Instead, the state of NY stated “The Trump Organization” is the trade name for various entities where Donald Trump is a beneficial owner. Based on his financial filings with OGE, there are about 500 entities

The two mentioned above were found guilty on 21 counts. A corporation can’t go to jail, do the maximum 1.6MM penalty was assessed. The companies will likely appeal

This is definitely a post from a frontline worker. Maybe someone who stocks shelves.
