This is Louisiana, we don’t have magic suit cases of ballots that magically appear at 2 in the morning the day after the election.
We use machine ballots with no paper trail except for a cartridge and a paper of the tally of votes from that machine before and after the polls closed.
The only way someone would catch an anomaly would be if the total number of votes would exceed the number of people who signed the voting book at that precinct. Which could mean that election workers let some people vote who shouldn’t or there is an error in the machine.
You cannot trust an under vote count because someone could walk in and skip a race or ballot initiative.
The fear I have with Louisiana elections is that there is no way to go back if there is an error in the machine to audit each vote unless that data is stored in the cartridge and can be traced back to the individuals who voted on that machine.

There's more to being in Congress than roll call votes. He'll be on committees that draw up legislation and he's definitely better in that area.
He's a former small business owner and is from Algiers which is more socially integrated than the rest of the city.
