I would say don't be stupid, Hugo, but I think that's impossible for you lately.

Before you bully me, can we talk about this objectively.

I get that many see the hat as a political statement but it's literally just a pink hat. This notion that it's a "pussy hat" is nothing but interpretation.

It's a pink hat. Unless hats are against the rules, I see no case here. What if a judge wore a "Make America Great Again" hat? Would you feel the same way?

Yes. A courtroom is no place for that sort of stuff and a judge is supposed to leave their leanings at the door.

Objectively yes we can talk.

Intelligently seems not.

Okay, I agree that political leanings should be left at the door.

Now, let's assume it is a pussy hat. What political statement does that make? I honestly don't know. Is it anti-Trump? I'm not sure. I guess you could see it as pro-woman, but is that really a strong political statement?

Sure and a judge can wear a white, pointy hat in court in Prichard,AL. So what if it looks like a klan hat, the judge just like pointy white hats

Who can take anyone seriously who would wear something like that in an official setting?

If a man didn't get a favorable ruling (based on the evidence) he would/should sue the shite out of Travis County.

Eta it's also a disgrace to the court.

Blatant violation of judicial ethics.

In Texas, the County Judge isn't that kind of judge. It's a long story.

It's in support of the women's march

pussyhatproject.com

Any attorney worth a shite could shoot down any rulings she makes. Especially against men.

Even Draconian Sanctions could win that case and he's not that good of an attorney.

There is no reason to wear such a ridiculous peice of head ware, even without political subtext attached, in a court room.

At minimum, it's a huge distraction to the very serious proceedings forthcoming.

Speaking of..I'm guessing a lawyer or bailiff took this picture.
