Transgenders are better at customer service

OK, I just watched a half hour feature on Japanese TV about Transgenders in Thailand (the trans sex capital of the world is Bangkok).
They said the guys who are living as women are doing very well at dept stores because customers find them friendly and helpful.
Otherwise they have discrimination problems. My question: Why customer service? Are men to curt? Are women too bitchy?

The difference is the transgenders in Bangkok are beautiful and joke around with tourists and are super friendly / happy. One of them grabbed my junk at a roadside bar and everybody laughed, including me. It was like how happy gay people used to be in New Orleans 20 years ago before everything got super politicized and they became hateful and angry.

simple, all women are bitches, just not all the time, and we love/hate that about them, it adds spice to our lives

When I shop at the Department stores in Thailand, I will ask to be serviced by a Tranny.

So they are good salesmen, um people, whatever. Clearly they love women's clothes and makeup, and women spend a lot of money on clothes and makeup. The first rule of sales is to know your product. Makes sense to me. Imagine something you love, then imagine an environment where people come to you to ask you about what you love. You would be able to answer any questions they have and increase the odds of making a sale.

Because everyone else in that line of work barely speaks English and aside from reading from a prefabricated script knows absolutely nothing about the problem they are trying to address?
