I'm going with option B.

They still haven't learned their lesson yet.

Why the controversy? She's a girl now. This is what you people wanted.

Big question is can he piss in the girl's bathroom?

I'm loving these stories.

Yep, this is just more of the left's war on women. I can't wait to see Kentucky women's baskeball start recruiting 6'5" 240 "transgenders" for their women's basketball team.

What's especially stupid about this is that the sprinter has taken no steps other than simply saying he's a woman in his transgender journey.

I may have been the first person to bring up this issue in sports a year or two ago when all the transgender stuff started up.

"Just wait til they start competing in women's sports.."

Well, we're here now. How's the bed you made? Comfy, I hope. I hope we start getting 4 or 5 stories a week like this.

(this post isn't directed at anyone in particular.. just the people who put us in this situation)

I wholeheartedly disagree with ALL of this. Absolutely terrible. BUT, I also think that the more this type of thing happens, just maybe it will wake these liberals up? Eventually they'll be forced to confront this and oh boy the hypocrisy...

i just read this on the Daily Wire

quote:

This is about the health of my teenage daughter. In terms of the fairness aspect, I don’t think about that as a father. I only think about, is my daughter happy, healthy and able to participate in what she wants to do? I don’t care if she wins or loses. I don’t care if she wins and gives the medals back. She got to compete as a girl where she feels she should compete. That’s all that matters to me.

quote:

Ngozi Nnaji, Yearwood’s mother, told the Courant, "I know they’ll say it is unfair and not right, but my counter to that is: Why not? She is competing and practicing and giving her all and performing and excelling based on her skills. Let that be enough. Let her do that, and be proud of that."

if this isn't a competition and you didn't care about him/her winning, then why not compete with your sex?

if it's just about the zen-like desire to work hard and do your best, then why select the division where you have a major advantage? to dismiss this advantage as "well it's not fair, but it doesn't matter" just shows the absurd hypocrisy of these parents

If I shave my beard and wear a wig can I go tee off on some softballs? Or dunk on some broads in the WNBA? Hmmm... what do they pay?

Yeah not THAT extreme but females will most definitely lose scholarships. Especially track and field.

They need to do what they used to do in the Olympics.

Test for testosterone.

If you have too much than a woman should ever have, you're a dude and you compete with the dudes.

From Castor Semenya to Griner, this shite needs to stop.

yeah this whole policy preference is a classic progressive case of them assuming that "people won't take advantage of this"

Title 9 is going to be a battlefield, and ironically, i believe the feds are pushing to use "sex" in the law to include gender

go fricking ahead, boys

It's all relative, but in the situation in the OP, an average male (compared to the boy's winning time) blew away the reining #1 girl in the entire state

Meh, I just didn't see a reason to marginalize honest to goodness female athletes due to this. Credit should be given to a lot of them - there are legit female athletes. Some fat dude, wig or not, isn't going to beat them at a race. The original post implied any guy could beat a female athlete at their chosen sport. The original changed that, but even then - why take up nay-saying the women in this scenario?

It will force a female draft when the next major war comes about and half the male population suddenly was born in the wrong body
