Re-read the 10th Amendment. The Bill of Rights does not limit one’s rights to those explicitly stated.

quote:Aside from the article not getting the doxxer's name right, this is not a good look for Poulsen or The Daily Beast
The man, who Big League Politics will not name out of respect for his privacy, is a manual laborer and African American who runs a series of Facebook pages and websites promoting President Donald Trump and conservative policies. His name and identity were not public information prior to Poulson, a former black hat hacker who was banned from using the Internet from the 1990s until the early 2000s, revealed it in his Daily Beast article.
Poulson revealed the man’s employment history, where he has lived and is currently residing, a run-in with the law and outstanding California arrest warrant, and his first and last name. Prior to Poulson’s article, this information was all not publicly available, meaning this episode may fit the legal definition of doxxing.
Ironically, the video creator’s life story pales in comparison to Poulson’s exposed by noted Michael “CPL” Avenatti critic Caroline Court, known on Twitter as @beyondreasdoubt.

Why do you support the idea of people making deliberately misleading info and not getting called out?
I support their erroneous info being pilloried, not their personal livelihoods being at risk of exposure by paid journalists with an axe to grind.

freedom of speech is not freedom from consequences.
This is the same line of thought that some blacks use to justify assaulting anyone who uses the N-word. It's not a good argument to buttress your assertion here.

The intent of this doxxing was to punish this man for his Political beliefs, period, end of story....
Anyone who believes otherwise or takes the SIDE of these so-called journalists is just as big a piece of zhit....
Pretty soon, someone is going to introduce one of these journalists to some very hard times and I don't care how severe, I for one will NOT condemn it...

This is a good example of why we are at a war against big tech and silicon valley as a whole.
They discriminate against, harass and censor conservatives, republicans and anyone who so much as gives a right leaning opinion.
Cut their fricking legs off. Metaphorically of course and through the letter of legislation and executive orders.
