He left the clues out there, so it's pretty much on him. He could file a lawsuit for harassment, but seeing as how CNN has left him alone for now, he wouldn't have a case.

Boy the farks created about CNN over this is going to be great. Their going to have to hire a lot more staff members so that they can look into the thousands if not millions that will be fricking with CNN big time.
