Did she ever try to get rid of the draft while in congress?

There was a peace time draft between the military actions in Korea and Vietnam. The lottery started in 1969 to make selection more fair and ended in 1973. In Vietnam name the draft probably hurt more than it helped, but Generals and politicians still had the WW2 mentality.
Even if this military action spirals in to a ground war and we needed more troops, we would first increase enlistment incentives and change medical requirements first. Right now, it is hard to get in if you have been on daily meds in the last 2 years (anxiety meds, add meds). Half of high school kids are on something nowadays. I don't think I have ever heard a military leader in the last 30 years say a draft could be useful to our modern military.

Here are the facts.
Israel wanted a war with Iran. Trump, via Kushner (his Jewish son in Law), got us into a War with Iran. With Zero planning btw.

Israel is using our wepons and service men and women for THEIR war.
Trump has alienated all of our allies. ALL OF THEM.
Who's going to help us WHEN, not IF, we send ground troops? Nobody.
It's not like Iraq where other countries (Our Allies) joined us in Iraq.
We only have US troops for this war that Israel started and Trump joined because "he had a gut feeling"
So Yes, a Draft is very much on the table. Especially since their plan was to arm the Kurds to fight but they politley declined the offer.
The Irony that a Draft Dodger is going to get thousands of American troops killed, along with your sons and daughters, should infuriate each and every last one of you.

I can predict most, of not all possibilities with Iran and none require a draft.
Even if we get bogged down into an Iraq-style frickfest, we won't need a draft. We did that in Iraq and Afghanistan simultaneously for some time previously without a draft. No reason why a smaller operation would require one this time.
