No you didn't.

You shared a bullshite Politico article that reads as a hit piece on Thomas (and the rest of the conservative Justices) as it relates to Roe v. Wade.

It had nothing to do with mutilating the genitals of minors.

Once again, you're a liar.

Anyone that thinks someone under the age 18 should be able to do this needs to be institutionalized.

agreed.

I find it interesting that the government selects various ages for individuals to be able to take part in certain things. 18 - vote and join armed services. 21 - drink or get into a skin joint. I am sure there are more, but these are the obvious ones.

You cannot legally enter into a contract until you are 18.

I can't believe that there are people on the Supreme Court that are as dumb as they are.

I honestly don't know how to fix it anymore.

Yes Justice Affirmative Action Jackson, sex changes for kids are exactly like interracial marriages, and hormone blockers are exactly like aspirin.

Goddamn leftist, look what you’ve done to the Supreme Court.

Yes, she compared hormone blockers to aspirin.

Justice Clarence Thomas argued in a concurring opinion released on Friday that the Supreme Court “should reconsider” its past rulings codifying rights to contraception access, same-sex relationships and same-sex marriage.

So just as was the case with Roe V. Wade, he is making the distinction that you cannot create rights out of thin air by claiming privacy, and that judicial legislation should is wrong.

This is actually a fair, cogent and logical point. Those 3 are things that can be made rights through legislation, not through improper or intentionally manipulated interpretations of the constitution that are unfounded.

Many people are personally against abortion, but would be accepting of a legislated right to it. Going through the courts to make up rights without going through legislation is what has ruined this country's development in many ways and set relations back decades if not more.

Again, its not whether you believe that people should or should not have those rights, but just because bad precedent exists going against logic, does not mean that we should stick to them.

Otherwise, previous courts upheld slavery, segregation, voter rights, etc. that were rightly overturned.

What about the comments referred to do you disagree with from his concurrence?

What is "bullshite" about their reporting on his concurrence, specifically?

I never spoke directly on that issue, so this comment is irrelevant.

Once it's conclusively proven that Joe Biden was handed the Oval Office of the nation's Chief Executive based on the actions of a very well coordinated/funded RICO criminal conspiracy that operated in all the battleground states/key counties in order to steal the election from the real winner, Donald J. Trump?

Every single Executive Action taken by Biden in the Oval Office as an illegitimate President is rendered null and void.
