She's attractive and very theatrical. These are things that unfortunately are in high demand for TV pundits these days but personally I can't stand her even if I agree with most of the positions she has. She comes across as an opportunist to me more than an insightful intellect or conservative thinker.
If she didn't look the way she does she wouldn't be a name in political commentary IMO.

Since white women seem to be the most easily confused and sucked in to wokeness, Tomi could better serve her cause by using different media and tone to spread her message. Other than eye candy, she’s just another conservative talker. She has almost zero influence on her current platforms because she targets the wrong audience. She bed to target other young white women. Really, all young women.
