she talks about one component IVF of the bill as her talking point, Cotten talks about the rest of the components of the bill making it unacceptable. she then goes back to the one component IVF and ignores the rest of the bill and his points. which was the Dem strategy from the beginning, create a talking point about Republicans threatening IVF

they did this with the “bipartisan” Border Bill, there was so much pork and garbage in that bill it made it unacceptable, Repubs vote it down, Dems say Repubs dont want to fix the border
