I Googled Chaney Picard yesterday and just now and got no results. He has no online presence.
His email did have “.civ” in it. Does this mean he’s a civilian contractor? He needs to be found and fired or charged.

I'd be willing to bet it is a civilian DOD employee. An officer or NCO would have had a signature block that someone would have picked out from the email and included in the story.

That doesn’t shock me. The Pentagon is the global enforcing arm of our nation’s wholly corrupt national security apparatus and has devolved into a pigsty of political correctness.
Now what does surprise me is all the downvotes this post has received on this decidedly right of center message board. My brother works for the organization in question here. He says it is coming from a black female careerist general equivalent who is likely trying to advance her career via media support. Says she is probably bullet proof. Guess we'll find out.
