All I want is the 10th Amendment to be strictly enforced.

In that case, if the state I live in decides to allow abortions, and I have a moral objection to that, I can decide to move to another state that shares my similar values.

As it stands now, we have WAY too many laws on the books that blanket the nation that we have no escape from.

Don't want a war on drugs? Make it a state issue and move where you can smoke all the pot you want.

Don't want gay marriage? Move to a state where it's illegal.

Don't want high taxes? Move to a state with low taxes.

Etc etc etc

no one should have to pay for hunting and fishing licenses any longer.

I agree with everything you said up to this point. Why? These dollars go towards conservation efforts and to our national parks (which is one of the few things the govt does right and an absolute gem within our country), what do you have against it?

Do you not believe in tag limits either?

Why should we have to pay for a ‘god given’ right? Whose animals/fish are we harvesting? The governments’?? Having to pay to hunt/fish is absolutely retarded

And yea, I believe in tag limits. Have to manage the population

His twitter is important because it is his best platform to get the truth to the people. The Dem's and Hollywood controls the press. Obama did more to destroy the dream than any man in modern history. All whites have been labeled bigots. And our four fathers are guilty of genocide and killing and enslaving people all over the world. True or not, that has been human history since the beginning. Giving less educated more power will never fix the problems of the World. No borders will be the final nail in the coffin. Genocide will occur again. The next genocide will make everything that happened before pail in comparison. It is going to happen and is already happening now. Christians have been wiped out in many countries and this will continue to grow everywhere Islam expands too.

Racism is a red herring. It has almost no effect on people's day to day lives, but survives as an industry to keep people stirred up.

If you think I'm wrong, name ONE law that discriminates against any American minority based solely on the color of their skin?

I’m honestly dying to know wtf toddy looks like... is he really an ole miss fan? If so it would help me envision what he looks like:

Frat boy
Combover
Shorty short shorts
Boat shoes (tassel optional)
Costas (strap MANDATORY)
Fishing shirt even though he hasn’t sniffed a boat in about a decade

I mean, if he really is an ole miss fan, he has to look this way, right?? His views just don’t align with this type of frickery though, so I dno

AAAAAND the OP’s request for a civil, substantive discussion lasted EXACTLY one post before a reactionary started with the negative attacks.

Everyone who is surprised, please raise your hand.

Lots of licensing fees go towards habitat/population management.

Seems crazy to oppose requiring a license because its a "god given right" while supporting tag limits to restrict that right

Happily can work with the right to improve counter-productive incentive structures plauging the current system.

Feeding leaches is sort of counter productive.

unless you have a high fence the wildlife belongs to the public. All you can control is access to them. It's a pay to play system. After we drove species to extinction and near extinction the states were tasked with managing wildlife. money for that has to come from somewhere.

If it's a god given right then a lot of "good" christian folks do a great job of abusing that right.

Our laws are not racist, our application of the laws can be applied in a racist manner.

When you say you want to see the Republican Party “ annihilated “ we know you mean you want the world punished for making you gay.

a large majority of the folks responsible for wildlife populations being decimated in the 1800s and early 1900s were christians. There were some indians participating.

It does. So does money for every other program/mandate/want/desire/etc.

We spend too damn much.
