Definitely! All of those millions were “donated” to the family to ensure a conviction. After Bragg fumbled it, he’s willing to do anything to convict Trump of SOMETHING. He’ll even change the rules so that the verdict doesn’t have to be unanimous.

They are desperate.

You couldn’t set it up any more one-sided to finally “get him”.

Many, if not most of these scoundrels believe America First began (and will end) with DJT.

My prediction is they will eventually learn that was not the case at all.

They are powerful but they are stupid and arrogant. Those qualities will ensure their ultimate downfall.

And the public knows that if they can do this criminal crap to Trump, these criminals can do whatever they want to all of us.
It is blowing up right in their faces for at least 70% of this country. Of the other 30%, at least 10% are mentally distorted with the other 20% slugs on the sidelines babbling the MSM mantra.

This is correct.

He should start speaking publicly about his imminent conviction.

So (With the understanding that SFP,, who is the most brilliant legal mind the world has ever seen and likely will ever see, will be along shortly to carry water for the prosecution and tell us how this is perfectly acceptable and we should all agree with the judge), all the jury is required to do is find that they think that Trump probably committed a crime of some sort at some point, even if he was completely unaware of it, in his life, and based on that, he should be found guilty in this court.

Does that about sum it up?

Yep....they know he isn't actually guilty of a crime...but don't care, they will have him convicted with BS charges, then don't care about appeals the damage will be done....or so they think. I believe this is all backfiring because very clearly people are on to what they are doing.

The fact that ANY LIBERAL supports this lawfare, says everything about that person. Anyone with half a brain can see what is going on....it is truly sickening the level that college professors have brainwashed so many in order to gain support for their Marxist desires. Sad sad state of affairs and this country is heading straight to hell...people like ron ricks, etc....they are the truly sick people in this country.

His lawyers have done a great job. Most of their best arguments aren't allowed by the judge.

It does not work that way. It is like saying he almost killed 3 people.Since all of us agree he almost killed at least one, we find him guilty of murder.

More reversible error for an appeal. This is fundamentally wrong.

In a burglary case, as an example, the state must prove 1) breaking and entry into a dwelling, 2) with the intent to commit a felony therein.

I’ve never heard any prosecutor argue that jurors did not need to be unanimous on the underlying felony to sustain a conviction. I’ve never read or seen any case that suggested that jurors could pick from a menu of possible felonies to sustain a conviction.

Hopefully the lawyers on Trump’s jury question this absurd instruction.

This is about labeling him a convicted felon prior to the election.

It’s also about calling people that vote for a convicted felon some version of nazis or idiots. That’s coming too.

All the while it’s ok to vote for a man near death with dementia.

Well said, and I will add- a special council said broke the law but was to ild amd dumb to send to trial

which dovetails with my assertion that even if Trump wins the EC, he will never take office

which makes his VP selection much more crucial than “someone who is acceptable to the party leadership” or “someone who will appeal to a certain demographic”

for that reason I wish he would pick Rand
