Never met Ben, but was in many threads with him through the years. I think almost everyone here sent donations to his fundraiser, hoping to make a difference, and it did. It lifted his and his wife's spirit and he loved TD for it.

My prayers to Ben and Chrissy. Good people who I have not met in this life, yet may meet someday if I'm lucky.
I don't ever know what to ask the Almighty in these situations. But I would ask HIM now, in this moment, to see HIS will done. I would ask that HE bless HIS children with comfort, love, understanding, peace, and the kind of love that only HE can show us.
Whether sooner or later, may we all feel the love that we now ask for, that will lift Ben and Chrissy and their families upon high. Love overcomes all. I cannot directly give what love I have for them to them at this moment, but I pray to the Father in the name of Christ that my love, and the love of us all, is felt in this terrible and dark time by those who need it most.

Amazing how you’ve touched us all, Ben. We are all friends and countrymen, even though most of us don’t know each other in person.
