Yeah, it seems like every number I block I get 3 new ones pop up. They come from all directions left, right, center, far left, far right.

I started doing both of these things in 2020, and life has been rad. And I'm being serious, not trying to be edgy snarky. Decouple from the machine, and things get better. You'll automatically refocus on what really matters without even trying.
