She was in solitary merely because she was a Trump supporter and they lied and said that she broke election laws. When she was just trying to prove they cheated.

I'm not calling bs on the report, but I am wondering how this could happen. From the link above, the judge reviews jury instructions with both sides. The judge takes their input, but the judge decides on the final instructions.
So, did the judge give (significantly) different instructions to the jury vs what he provided the sides? If so, he should be disbarred for life.
If the defense felt the instructions were outside the law, shouldn't there have been some kind of filing made right there and then? Maybe the defense lawyers should be disbarred?
