Well if he had to wait to act until the carrier groups were within range he should’ve shut the hell up until we were ready. If this report turns out to be true his statement undoubtedly led to thousands of casualties. Just shut the hell up until we’re ready… there’s even his statement thanking them for not hanging protestors. It’s a terrible look if these reports are true. Our word, his words and promises of support, need to mean something to average ordinary people the world over that are attempting to overthrow their dictatorships. I pray this report isn’t true.

I have said itany times in various threads. We didn't have the military in place because it started as an economic riot. When they started killing and turning of the internet, it became our problem and Trump pushed it.
I will be right along side you if we do nothing other than sanctions.
However, we have moved multiple assets into the region within the last three days and the Lincoln carrier group will be there shortly
As I said previously, this amount of killing cannot go unanswered, and I fully believe we will bomb the hell out of them soon. At that point, it is up to the people of Iran to free themselves
It's incredibly hard to battle plan considering the IRGC is mostly urban and civilian life could be at risk.
These people are not only facing the tyrants, but also economic ruin if the Mullahs retain power.
It's sad, and a high risk environment for all the Iranians. Given the videos I've seen, id wager the protester death toll is over 20k. It's a country of 90 million. It's not a slam dunk on our end, but I hope that we at least give them a fighting chance.

I’ve been vested from the start as we have some dear Armenian & Iranian friends who’ve been living this to some degree their entire lives as they got out 40 years ago, but have extended family everywhere in a nation of 93 million.
I truly believe the United States is going to liberate the Iranian people, we were made for this and this time in History and we have a President who’s keenly aware of that. Yet, we should all be aware of the heavy burden of sending our troops into harm’s way and he truly wants to give them every advantage of making it back home.

To be honest who gives a fk what Trump said? You either nut up and stand up or dont. If Trump hits Iran good on him. He helped people fighting the good fight. If not, who fricking cares? Freedom is best gained by sacrifice... the more a people sacrifice the sweeter the freedom. In the end you have to make the success worth the sacrifice. Hopefully, if they succeed, they honor the dead.

Trump was dumb to spout off at the mouth about this, but smart in knowing that what his mouth wrote he was not prepared to cash. Because he could not. A few bombs are ineffective if you aren't prepared to go in physically. I don't thinknyou can fault Trump for this .

What a great belief system to have. You don't have to worry if your ludicrous beliefs contradict with your previous beliefs or if they even make sense at all. You can just make up any wild accusation about Trump and follow it with "because Israel," and dozens of simple minds will squeal in agreement.
I've invested far too much time in a belief system that actually makes sense and and rarely contradicts itself. But no more. The simplicity of saying whatever stupid thing you want and blaming Israel is the way to go. You don't even have to think.

How can they do that? The regime is the only group with weapons. They are importing fighters to kill the population, just like in Venezuela where Maduro brought in Cubans to terrorize his population.

They don't need to import in fighters. RG is very competent in being able to do the slaughter. Cities are a bad place to confront these dudes. They get the high ground, they control the street which apparently it looks like they did just that.
