If it is a serious vote, Trump or Assange deserve it because both were the most impactful on the year.

If Time does their typical pandering shite and goes with "You" or "the protester" again, I'm going to start posting Pepe as Man Of The Year memes everywhere just to highlight the horseshite.

there's no way Time is objective enough to give it to either of them. My money would be on Assange. It fits their narrative that his "unfair" leaks gave a distinct advantage to Trump and swayed the election.

Did you just make up all this shite in your head?

Either him or Kellyanne Conway. While true in reality, there's no way Time is objective enough to give it to either of them.

They gave it to George W Bush twice. They also gave it to Stalin and Hitler. Don't see why they wouldn't give it to Trump.

"Person of the Year" doesn't mean the "Best" Person, but the person who had the biggest impact on the world. It is without question Trump.

Castro? Until the bearded wonder was officially announced dead no one had heard from him in years.

Hell, the joke was that Chavez was propping him up to pretend he was still alive and Chavez died years ago.

Why wait to announce it tomorrow when you already declared the winner on your website? Dumb fricks.

By the way, it's Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Should have been Assange.

The link you gave says that is who won the online voting but the editors give it to whoever they decide, not who won the vote.

Hmm... sounds familiar. When do we riot? Can we start at Best Buy? I need a new computer and TV.

That was just the online poll, not the official winner.

The Indian winning is more stuffing the ballot box by the Dots.

Naming anyone other than Donald Trump person of the year makes Time's diminishing relevance almost appear self inflicted.

Maybe they truly feel obama is deserving of his 23rd Time cover.

It's pretty close to evident that he was snatched...
No proof of life, though...just some weird tweets and stuff...

Assange would be a good pick. And would be awesome to put the spotlight on him so that the hands are forced to actually show genuine proof of life.
