IDK, there’s articles from that part of the world claiming it’s a conspiracy by the American news media to label the Dassault ineffective against Chinese hardware. Our media is full of shite but I’m betting their media is even more full of shite.

One of the few times I will agree with you. Riding a ford pinto into a race with Porsche sports cars is not smart. Riding into a race with a ford pinto with Donald Duck or Mickey Mouse as the pilot is even more insane.

Correct. F35 alone with F15 platforms carrying the munitions would decimate the mighty 4.5 gen fighters.

This isn't a video game with infinite spawning
The infrastructure to launch attacks also cannot scale with any volume-based advantage. Just because they have 10x the planes doesn't mean they have 10x the pilots, runways, etc.

The old tech won't "see" the new tech and the new tech has weapons that have longer distances than any weapons of the old tech.
Dogfights like the movie Top Gun don't exist with modern tech.

One F35 can use 10-15 F16s as munitions platforms. Run the entire air to air engagement to include launching munitions off the wings of this F16s

If only some of these guys have effective air to air refueling they could potentially loiter long enough to be an effective fighting force
