No. His audience was not "people from NASA." This was said at about 2am this morning after they came out of the Capitol voting down the FISA reauthorization. It was a bunch of congresspeople standing around outside. Boebert was out there, Nick Sortor was out there, and one dude wearing a NASA shirt. He acknowledged the NASA shirt, laughed at it and told the dude wearing it we didn't go to the moon and we filmed it in a Hollywood studio. This coming after he implied the same shite to some random Twitter user a couple weeks back.
When you're trying to debunk something, make sure you have your facts straight.

So my understanding is that they burn up in our atmosphere.
The ones that make it to earth might have some evidence of that?
Ones of lunar origin would not?
Whatever evidence you're claiming that the bolide impactors would have of being on Earth, the moon rocks would also have as soon as they're taken out of any sort of hermetically sealed container.

Does, "it's funny because it's true" ring a bell? Again, it was a bunch of congresspeople coming out of a vote. A bunch of people who, if this is true, may be privy to this information and may find it funny that he told some random citizen this on the steps of capitol hill. I know I would find it funny if that were the case and I was in on the inside joke.

Tim Burchett Claims We Did Not Go to the Moon

Specifically, why do you not believe we’ve been to the moon?
Oh I dunno…. The fact that we literally have people from our government telling us it was all fake.
Tim Burchett is a hard working, honest man. He’s not your everyday politician.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Tim’s comment was a feeler for an even bigger announcement later on by Trump.

This thread provides for a pretty fascinating social experiment. Tim Burchett is one of the hardest working congressmen we have. One of the few who seems to actually do anything at all of benefit to the American people. By all accounts he is a relatively clean, honest, and good man.
Now, in addition to saying twice now that we didn't go to the moon, he has also said unequivocally that not only are aliens real, but they walk among us here on Earth unnoticed. In both cases people who would otherwise recognize him as a hand working, honest, clean, and good man think he is lying, joking, or trolling. It's fascinating.
People have their worldview and even if the government comes out and tells you outright that something has or is happening, if it contradicts their worldview people simply will not accept it.
This is exactly how this country got into the shape it's in right now. The CIA director went before Congress decades ago and admitted that the CIA has a mission in the United States that would not be complete until everything the American people heard from the media was 100% fabricated. They told us straight up that they are influencing the media to lie to us about absolutely everything. They said this unequivocally. Not only did nobody do a fricking thing about it, but until very recently people still didn't even believe it. Why? Because the truth is too inconvenient to their delicate worldview.

Whatever. They had NASA shirts on, he said "I'm here with NASA." You did nothing to change the point that he was fricking around and now look like a vamping pussy who is desperate for affirmation.
Get it elsewhere, bud.

False on two fronts in one sentence. It was not they, it was a single, random citizen. Also, he did not say "I am here with NASA."

Lie somewhere else, "bud."

You believe we live amongst and coordinate with aliens who traveled from who knows where, and also that we faked the multiple moon landings?

It was a question. Rational people would just correct the record here.

You don't even know his frickin name, yet you feel you have it on good enough authority to read his mind?

I've shown more evidence in this thread that the moon landing was filmed in a Hollywood studio with a single video than anyone has shown to the contrary. For what it's worth.

Ed, do you believe we faked the moon landing?
Ed, do you believe aliens live amongst us?
Ed, do you believe aliens live amongst us?

Lie somewhere else, bud. You've lied at least 3 times in this thread in our very limited interaction and I am not interested in discussing this with you further.
