As AF1 carried the body of her husband back to Washington, D. C. Jackie was asked if she would like to remove her blood soaked brain tissue laden dress, to which she responded,"No, I want them to see what they did to my husband". After doing research on Lyndon Johnson I'm convinced he was behind the assassination of President Kennedy. IMO leaving that dress on was Jackie Kennedy's way of sending a message to her husbands murderers (including LBJ) that she knew. LBJ was a corrupt morally bankrupt, evil, psychopath, and I'm being generous. In the end "Truth" always rises to the surface.

JFK was one of the few Presidents who tried to do what was right for the American people. He resisted ramping up the war in Vietnam, and he also tried to reign in the intelligence agencies. He fired longtime CIA Director Allan Dulles, the same man that LBJ put on the sham Warren Commission.

No doubt in my mind, either, that our government had Kennedy killed. The 2nd half of the 1960's literally went to Hell with Establishment hack LBJ in the Oval Office.

agree with him, there should be disdain for the comments, but criminal charges?

Think Dems would be so accommodating if role was reversed?

What unlawful orders were given? Be specific.

Your comprehension of what they said is pitiful. They never accused anyone of giving unlawful orders but just reminded troops to not obey unlawful orders. I guess you want troops to obey unlawful orders?

But judging by the actions of the ice agents murdering people this regime may think they are above the law so it’s good advice.

That was a wild time to grow up in, Vietnam, civil rights movement, draft card and bra burning, hippies, protests, riots, Kent state. I guess that’s why I’m conditioned to what goes on these days.

But I never thought I’d see fascism rear it’s ugly head.

You mean, like a teacher in California getting fired because she voiced an opinion in favor of ICE? Or a Christian activist getting shot in the neck?

Yeah, I'm with you. I wish you would speak to you fellow left-wingers and encourage them to tamp down the radical activity.

Trump wasn't president in 1968.

My comprehension is fine, clearly you don't understand the military. The troops don't need some idiotic reminder about orders from left wing operatives. Kelly should have been recalled to active duty and charged under the UCMJ. The entire purpose was to muddy the waters to give the impression that the administration was giving, or going to give, unlawful orders. But no unlawful orders were given, as you well know. The whole charade was intended to undermine the President's authority in a seditious manner.

They were trying to foment activism among the rank and file and you know it. That is conduct unbecoming of an officer.

If leaders believe the leader of the country would give unlawful orders, which most people do, then maybe that leader should be impeached.

trump wanted to invade Greenland for crying out loud, the moron is a raving maniac and has no business being president.

I mean this whole discussion is pointless. Clearly the law decided they didn’t do anything illegal. A grand jury saw nothing that warranted an indictment, which should be the end of it.

If they didn’t think they could get a grand jury to charge any of them, why would the DOJ even try? It’s a fricking joke.

Word games and suggestive innuendo aren’t illegal.

They are, in the context of good order and discipline with the military and things in the UCMJ like conspiracy and mutiny. 18 U.S. Code § 2387 - Activities affecting armed forces generally

The military already gets training on the issue of illegal orders with oversight by Congress. These messages were plain attempts to subvert good order and discipline.

No, they did not. They reminded military members they have an obligation to refuse ILLEGAL orders.

Here's a very simple one: You get in a firefight. Afterward, you discover an enemy soldier, who promptly surrenders. A lieutenant comes along and tells you to put a bullet in the guy's head.

That's an illegal order.

Indeed. But they also got a point across to those who can’t afford to defend themselves that they’ll come after you if you hurt trump’s feelings. These people had to lawyer up for this bullshite which ain’t cheap.

Don’t speak up against fat boy or you’re fixin to pay.

He wanted to hang these people for treason for making a lawful statement, yet he led an insurrection on the capitol to hang Mike Pence. Let that crap sink in.
