ust the observation that everyone saw.
You made up what you want to see via feelings and ignored reality to do so.
Now you're upset that your feelings weren't validated

And an illegal order is what? Some captain in the army gets an order, he should go straight for the nearest divorce lawyer and consult whether the order is “illegal”? Thats what you think? Because that’s exactly your people’s advice on the big screen.
But since I used the word obfuscation with the the name of clarity, ‘SFP’, go ahead and clarify what they meant by telling the military it was okay to take a stand and disobey an illegal order.

It's pretty clear. You don't understand that they shouldn't follow illegal orders?
I don't know how to make it more simple.

Wong. They told the military to ignore illegal orders. Big difference.
And none could give an example of an illegal order.

I made this up? I would say ‘wut?’ But that’s only used by the ignorant

So they needed a commercial to tell the military, something that everyone already knows?

So they needed
You're pivoting
We're talking about criminal prosecution, not the supposed need to make the video
And the video is clearly making a political point and the military aspect was tangential at best to that political point. This isn't a discussion about need.

Yes. They told the military to defy orders.
They did, but they didn't. They were very careful with their wording.
Do we know what they meant? Absolutely. And it was nefarious in purpose. But it isn't what they actually let come out of their mouths. I mean, one of them is a legit see eye A spook. They're not stupid.
I don't understand what's so hard to grasp. We know what they meant. They know exactly what they meant. But they didn't outright say it, and there's plausible deniability. They simply and unnecessarily stated a well known fact- troops do not have to obey illegal orders. They were careful to only vaguely insinuate that any "illegal orders" were given. And yes, I'm aware that if Right-wing figures had come out and done this crap while insinuating that Biden was giving illegal orders, those Right-wing figures would be skull-dragged through oblivion for it, and likely bogusly prosecuted, maybe even bogusly convicted. But not when the shoe is on this foot. Republicans can't afford to take a crushing loss against them on this subject, and the media (manufactured court of public opinion) is on the side of "the seditious six" and would paint a continuation of the national narrative that "Trump and his Republican nazis are just continuing their destruction of democracy".
But I'll get downvoted and no one will rebut my logic, as has been the case on this topic. What they did was BS and ethically wrong, but proving a case against them in court using their own words would be impossible. Now give me those downvotes.

This probably isn’t part of the discussion either: Fuk U

Do Democrats get to decide what a legal order is?

I gave an example on the previous page about an incident in Vietnam. Read it.

Now how to do that? I’ve got no clue.

I mean it was douche bag level comments, and you can infer a nefarious meaning, but telling others to not obey illegal orders just doesn’t seem to pass the threshold of criminal charges.
We've been told that intent matters. Democrats get off because there was "no intent" to break the law. What do you think the intent is when sitting members of congress in the party opposite the President and who continually call him and his supporters Nazis and fascists tell soldiers to not obey illegal orders when no illegal orders have been given?
The worst part about our legal system is that you aren't allowed to use common sense.

No, trump went after them because he got his feelings hurt, again. They have taken so many frivolous cases to court it’s hard to keep count. What a pussy.

What unlawful orders were given? Be specific.
