frickin' coward!

quote:

It is 10pm and Thune just got unanimous consent (meaning not one senator objected) for the Senate to adjourn 19 days (July 13th) meaning the Senate is going home after tonight’s votes.

I will not be voting to re-open the floor until the Senate gets back to Washington. The Senate is literally running and not ONE senator objected to going on vacation before 4th of July.

John Thune is running and hiding because he doesn’t want to get voter ID across the finish line.

Can someone please call a vote of no confidence in Thune and challenge him for Majority Leader of Senate?

It’s kinda funny that they can just vote themselves a vacation like that. This system is so fricked.

If the Senate is now in recess, sounds like a good time to do recess appointments.

Does this mean recess is in session?

Pro forma sessions. He's been doing it since Trump was sworn in.

Then I'll keep my Thune insults holstered for now. This could be a signal that he's relenting.

He will most likely continue to block even recess appointments as he has been this entire time. The dude is total PoS.

It's time for Trump to draft an EO on this.

They will hold pro forma sessions. Nothing has changed. Thune is arrogant as hell and there's not much Trump can do about it.

He can't. I believe this one takes congressional action.

What do you expect that to accomplish?

Why can't he? He has said he was going to if the Congress doesn't get it passed.

I'm not sure he can. He was only able to because he didn't call recess. We'll see. I reserve my Thune judgement on this one.

The fact that not one Senator objected tells us all the enormity of the corruption we are dealing with.

And yet, we still have the "Muh Deep State" fools on here.
