This. 3Y of D+ was half the cost of the Infinity Saga Blu-Ray.

You can't own a subscription to Disney+ because heaven forbid that's the "wrong" kind of fostering of creativity. You're nuts.

Good luck. Like most who haven’t raised anyone, you got all the answers.

Oh, I've been a peon. I got up from it. It took hard work, and imagination. Not the packaged kind that Disney sells. Do what you want, but you get what you pay for.

Why would grown people have Disney accounts?

Based on movie ticket sales for the Marvel Universe films, I'd imagine a lot of "grown people" would have them.

Well, I also have a 30 year old daughter, from a previous marriage. We spoiled her and let her have her little princess Disney childhood.

Doing it different this time, because I know how that one turned out already. I have a 30 year old snowflake.

You're so far up your own a-hole if you believe all this. How many thousands of people over the years do you think created that content? How much hard work do you think went into those projects? You just sound like an extremely smug jerk.

You know best though. I can't wait for your book to come out. I want to learn how to be just like you.

Maybe the divorce had more of an impact that Cinderella videos? And admitting you failed once doesn’t exactly engender confidence that you’ve got it all figured out now.

Do what you want. Pile up those kids with wonderland fantasies. Building the future is going to require a lot of hard brutal work. You aint going to do with a magic wand, or a smart phone. Smart phones don't build concrete forms or tie rebar.

Unless she’s physically different than 90% of women, neither will your daughter.

What does this even mean in the context of this thread?

I read a lot of sci fi and fantasy novels growing up. I’m thoroughly disappointed that there is no such thing as elves, or that I didn’t become UNEF special forces. My parents should’ve done a better job at keeping me grounded in reality.

And you think that's Disney's fault?

Unless your daughter was on one of the Disney Channel teen shows, I'm thinking you might want to look closer to home.

So, uh... your daughter didn't turn out well, so you immediately thought "it has to be Disney movies"? How did you narrow down the problems in her life to you letting her watch Disney movies?

That's a good question, and requires long explanation. She's a good person, but gives up easily. Really has no understanding of how the world keeps turning.
Her mother wouldn't let me make her work in the garden, or the yard, or really learn to do anything. Just make sure she's a happy kid all of the time.
This time, our little girl helps her Mom at work after school, gathering dirty plates and whatever she can do.

So not Disney or your fault...all the mom. Look, good luck with your kids....just know that not every child that likes watching cartoons is gonna grow up the same or fail in life.

If you let the TV and Disney raise your kids, they will be just like all of the others, raised in the same manner. That TV and computer keep the kids out of you hair. OK.

Oh, and you will get your Disney account hacked into, because you have an account for Disney to raise your kids. You obviously aren't very attentive to important shite.
