Pretty clear case. He wasn't even resisting when the first officer took him down. The kick to the head seemed to shock the other officers.

Totally fine with this cop losing his job, and charges. Was a poor decision to act on emotions and kick a handcuffed guy in the face. Gotta have thicker skin than that. Can’t get rattled by words.

I think the perp got what he was looking for - justifiably getting one or all of these guys fired.

Yup that’s where I’m at as well. Especially with so much scrutiny on them. Poor decision

Based on the limited evidence in the video it appears to be obvious excessive force.

With that said, I'll quote Ron White:

"I didn't know how many of them it was going to take to whip my arse, but I knew how many they were going to use..."

Mouthing off to the police never ends well. Right or wrong, be smart enough to keep your mouth shut.

If trespassing is an insurrection leaning into an officers hands while he's trying to push you back and giving you verbal commands to lean back is assault.

The kick to the face was uncalled for. But sometimes people need a distillate of 18 years of parental discipline that they completely missed in order to respect authority.

Dumbass cop. His coworkers nation wide have it hard enough without this. That kick was not called for at all.

He should be charged, but I don't agree with felony charges there.

Takes a certain type of punk to kick a man in the face when he’s handcuffed.

The other cops should have arrested the Sgt for assault. Instead, they just acted like nothing happened..

Fire them all

Do you think they could have physically stopped the stomp or it surprised them?

I mean, they didn't skulk up on him and shoot him in the head, dead, did they?

When you have an interaction with police officers the correct response is yes sir or no sir. If you feel you have been wronged then nod accordingly and take it up with a judge.

I think when the stomp happened, they should have detained and cuffed the stomper. Which is exactly what they would have done to you or me

Disrespect of authorities has consequences, BAM!

That loser planned to get in trouble, resist arrest, file a lawsuit, and get free money!

The new startegy for the weak sheep....
