thoughts how to improve arresting

watched a video of how a mob of media swarm an arrest. leo force and subdue agitator to ground with multi agents suppressing suspect while cuffing then media swarm videoing for gotcha moment and scream to suspect of his bio.

# while leo gets cuffs on other leo members should use riot shields or other type visible shield to conceal the arresting process
# instead of lifting suspect to walk to transportation where suspect can resist , leo should mount suspect to stretch board for assistance to carry suspect away or drag stretch board toward transportation and
simultaneously transportation should equally converge at point of arrest as close as possible before suspect haul off begins from point of arrest !

If anyone else gets involved in an arrest that isn't the arrestee, they should be shot.
They're creating a dangerous situation for not only the LEO, but everyone in the area.

NOPD used to be good at this. They had mounted police and when they were beating and arresting a noncompliant perp in the FQ they would wall their horses around and anyone who wanted to video with their phone would get walked over by the horse.

So, you want law enforcement, presumably including Federal troops/agents, to be able to conceal their arrests pretty much entirely?

yes i do !
and for good measure start asking surrounding crowd for id , birds of a feather flock together so likely others with suspect are equally guilty and if they antagonizing that creates just cause at a minimum of obstruction of justice haul them in also . this would fill the county haul transport bus !
