Why? You expose yourselves as not putting the country's safety ahead of your politics. That is really sad. You have no concern for these refugees. All you care about is salivating over the fact that Trump is being stymied in his approach to find a way to make this country just a couple of notches safer for its citizens.

It's a very very disgusting and dangerous game you're playing here just for the sake of politics. I guess it will take another 9/11 to bring some of you to your senses. Enjoy your moment of political posturing when it happens.

It's a dangerous dance. If someone comes in over the next weekish until this is fixed and kills someone, they will be done forever.

nah - they will just say that he was maddened by the attempt to keep him out - would not have come in otherwise.

OR - they will haul out Robert Reich's dumb arse and declare it was a Trump extremist operating a complex false flag operation.

You think banning Microsoft engineers and Sytian doctors is making us safer becsuse Trump says it does? You are just as bad as the people you're disparaging You would blindly follow Trump off a cliff if he told you. And if he was really so intetested in protecting this country why didnt he ban countries that have actually committed terrorist acts against us?

You're arguing against yourself my friend. You just proved my point.

Right there you admit that terrorists have harmed us yet your politics say let them in. You're arguing locations, I'm arguing terrorists.

Like I said, you are a sad type to be okay with wanting to give rights to people who might want to harm us. It's called preventative security Toddy, you know, like preventative maintenance that you have done on your car so it doesn't fall apart.

There is provision in the EO to clear them individually during the 3 month pause.

Irony you'd word it that way in the instance of these animals pushing gay men off rooftops.

Gays and feminists have lost their damn minds when it comes to this topic.

Would you mind presenting us with the numbers of engineers and doctors versus non educated Syrians coming into the country? If not, then you need to STFU and quit screaming about all the engineers and doctors we're losing out on.

How did we ever get to the point where Americans are more concerned for the needs of immigrants than the safety of its citizens?

Because we have a functional relationship and diplomatic relations with SA. That give us access to far far far far far more data on anyone being vetted. There are also significant post-9/11 security measures set to sort out any SA-based terrorists.

The threat, like any guerrilla threat, has moved on so as not to be squashed. The likely nidus now is no longer SA, etc. It is from individuals in the seven countries the Obama Administration were concerned they could not vet.

The intent of this thread is going over your head. I didn't make this thread to argue over semantics of the order.

I'll just make this observation of your posting. Did you come out against Obama when he made the same order against those seven countries? No you didn't. Neither did those of us on the right. The reason you supported it - politics. Your man made the call, you support him. The right being in support of his order - security of this country.

Now all of a sudden Trump restricts the same seven countries and you flip like a fish. Why - because it's not your man anymore in the big seat. Those on the right support Trump's order. Why - security of this nation.

One of those two groups is consistent in their belief that this country is not as safe as it once was. The other guy is consistent with his politics only. That kind of politics is a cancer to our security.

No. The more Muslims come to the U.S. the more likely we can gain valuable data on the flight characteristics of homosexuals.

Obama had already singled those countries out extended vetting. This was nothing more than Trump pandering and you know it.

The orders are not the same. I read both of them. You should too.
