Look at the classic blue states:
New York
California
New Jersey
Mass
Vermont
Oregon
Washington
Minnesota
Wisconsin
Connecticut
I can't even think of any more because they are evaporating off the map. Trust me, these are places you would NOT want to live! Taxes out the wazoo. Gun laws out the wa zoo.
Horrible education. Riddled with crime. And taxes out the wazoo! These are the states with very few people who are making it on their own and everyone living off the tit of the state.
If you want to bring up a family and are looking for a place to live, just look at the Electoral Map from the last election.

And DON'T MOVE TO TEXAS!!! Sick and tired of this progressive trash fricking up their state, moving to Texas for jobs and lower cost of living... then voting full-on Litarded like they did before!!!
Well you can put part of the blame on the Texas Republican government, who has paid hundreds of million of dollars for companies to relocate to Texas. Remember, its jobs, jobs, jobs. Case in point is Toyota North American HQ in Plano. "Hey Toyota, here's almost $50 million. Come to Texas."
No. 3 (t) — Toyota North America
TEF Grant: $40 million
Direct jobs: 3,650
Capital investment: $345 million
Date Announced: April 2014
Location: Plano
The much-publicized relocation of Toyota's North American headquarters is one of the largest Texas Enterprise Fund grants ever. The City of Plano also forked over a $6.75 million incentive package to Toyota to further entice them. This is the only Top 5 TEF grant to be announced in the last decade and the largest Gov. Greg Abbott's office has awarded.
You gotta love corporate welfare.
Wonder what they'll offer Amazon?

No way man! Who would want to live there when you can live in the burgeoning red state communities of Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Mississipi, etc! Nobody wants to live on the coasts silly, that's why the houses are so cheap there and there's no good schools.

In fairness it's our party that wasted more $$$ than anybody in world history with W's adventures in Iraq / Afghanistan.

I'd live in any of them. You just listed where America gets the OVERWHELMING source of its GDP. California alone is like the 4th largest economy in the world.
These states are also where a majority of America lives! You like maps that paint the nation red because they do it on geography basis... but they don't do it on population density basis. The majority of this nation is blue.

I'm not a Republican, but I do find myself liking their ideal of trying to not run up the deficit and debt.... But they don't practice what they preach. The Republican administrations spending over the last 3 decades makes the Democrat spending look like chump change. This new tax bill would have a 1 Trillion affect on the national debt. We could have like 2 Obamacare programs for that price.

I agree with you but the reason why these states are breeding grounds for liberals is bc they can afford to be. They have / had it so good. that is changing or will change in many of these IMO

I'm not for or against Democrats, and I certainly do not wish to defend SJWs, but really? You can't think of any Democrat-run areas that are thriving?
Washington, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, NYC, Seattle?
Virginia is one of the most fiscally solvent states in the union and seems to be doing well by most metrics. You're not going to meet a whole lot of people in Vermont that want to model their state after Kentucky.

Ok. I’ll bite. I’ve lived in 5 different states (including Louisiana, Virginia, and NJ). I was born and raised in the south. My favorite place to live and where i have decided to raise a family is NJ (i live in a red county). The taxes suck, but I personally think the trade off is worth it. I hate it when people judge things they have zero experience with. And by the way, NJ is number 1 in education dope.
