Instead of Massie visiting Ron Paul, he should reach out to Trump to see how they can work together. Ron is getting torn up on his own tweet over this and everyone sees it as Massie grandstanding.

I'm glad that he's a man of principle, but if the Republicans had 10% of the Democrats' cohesiveness as a party, we'd be in much better shape than we are now.

Suggesting Massie and Trump work together is liberal tears?
Posted on 3/14/25 at 8:18 pm to momentoftruth87
None of that matters. They're principled

The same folks who hate Massie and Ron Paul voted for McCain and Romney in 2008 and 2012. Before they were MAGA, they were phony conservatives whose idea of limited government was permanent war around the globe and reflexive support of the very institutions that have destroyed Trump the past 9 years.

Yeah the president should go to a congressman from one of the least important states. You’re a brainiac

Ron Paul, the career politician who claims not to be a career politician. How about that subscription grifter news letter?

You should listen to a few minutes of Massie's appearance with Ron Paul. He concisely lays out the absurdity of the CR theater and why you know it's all garbage and lies.
Massie called this current CR theater when the last CR went through. His position has been solid and consistent the entire time. It's Trump that threw another tantrum and said to primary Massie, which was a spectacular failure the last time he did that. Why in the world would Massie reach out to Trump? Every time Trump goes after Massie, Massie gets hundreds of thousands in unsolicited campaign donations and his position among his constituents improves.
Most of all, Massie wants 12 spending bills, which is the closest thing Trump can get to a line item veto, so he can purge spending in key areas without shutting down the govt. Massie offers him a gift if only Trump would push for it. In return, Trump says to primary Massie.
Massie is not the opponent here. The CR and the status quo in DC are the opponents. This CR is the Biden/Schumer budget.

And Orange doesn't see the benefits of this, instead calling for a "Big Beautiful Bill".
He's so full of himself he slams his dick in the door repeatedly.

Ron Paul
The only 2 people I ever voted for was Ron Paul and Donald Trump. One thing I learned throughout these years is Ron Paul talked a good game but he was never going to be able to get anything done even if he got elected. The Deepstate would have torn him to shreds. You have to have someone with enough balls and fire and be a little crazy like Trump. Trump gave no apologies for January 6 and has a little thug in him. You need a Thug to fight Thugs, it's a simple as that.

Why’d you vote for him then? I thought you were principled

You remember that time that “principled Conservatives” in the House voted to ouster SOTH McCarthy for these exact same situations? Guess who actively supported McCarthy to stay on as Speaker? Lololol
