It is easy to sound good but his record is converse. He and Rand Paul are twins.
Rand voted against the DHS funding bill even though he said he was for it. His objection was it should stay an annual renewal rather than the 3 yr bill the Dems forced the R's to put forth.

Beacuse the dude is lying. He votes with the Biden administration when they were in power and votes against Republican initiatives when Trump got into power.
